Monstera Deliciosa – 5″
Light: bright indirect, appreciates a little direct sun (but be careful of burning with afternoon sun it’s too intense!).
Watering: let the soil dry out 3/4 of the way before watering again (when in doubt, it’s better to let your plant suffer a drought than drown).
Requires a humid environment to thrive
Rapid growth rate
Toxic for humans and animals.
*They make holes in their older leaves to let in light for the smaller leaves.
This plant grows quite fast and can easily become very large. It’s leaves open up naturally with age and the right amount of light.
But be careful! Over time, the monstera develops aerial roots that should NOT be cut or buried in soil.
N.B.: The pot is not included with the plant.
